Life is meant to be Fun!
It’s my third day at the Workplace as a Playground. I had two euphoric days enjoying the amazing space, FUNiture, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, having some small talks with different people. Today I feel strange. Thoughts bounce forth and back in my mind.

“One, two, three…” we jump from the trampoline into the pool. One of our co-players jumps in a way to raise as much water as possible and splash as much people as possible, and… he manages! The water reaches our Coach and in a second he is wet through.
“You bastards!” Coach is laughing, “You did it on purpose!”
Now everyone around the pool giggles. Then Coach waves at me and asks me to have a chat. Thirty minutes later we are walking in our winter garden, caressing the plants. We’ve found out this increases their productivity by 23 %.

The two terms digital natives and digital immigrants were coined and defined by Marc Prensky in his article Digital Natives, Digital Immigrants. Digital natives are people who are exposed to new technologies since early childhood. They live surrounded by laptops, tablets and a bunch of smart devices. They often interact and perceive the world through video games and social networks. Digital immigrants are those who have learnt to use technologies later in their life. I’m in a hurry. Actually everyone is; the traffic jam is monstrous. I cast a glance at my phone; it’s Saturday, 6.30 a.m. I have a clue what this early morning rush is about. Everybody is going to work, the same as me.
Traffic jams usually make me nervous. But it’s different this time. I’m thinking about the new project. Karen and I started to prepare it last week. I am very curious where it will land. We actually can’t know this because our team is learning on the go and our project is fluid and changing all the time.
But back to earth! I am so excited and impatient to get to the office. Just as everybody around me. I remember those times when we HAD to work. All people were so bored and sullen.
